A written complaints policy and procedures is in place at Click Consult Pharmacy. We strive to provide responses to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them, and to acknowledge such complaints within two working days. To formally lodge a complaint, please email info@clickconsultpharmacy.com or write to our address which can be found in the contact us section on our website.
Individuals who are dissatisfied with Click Consult Pharmacy's response to a formal written complaint ought to reach out to the General Pharmaceutical Council.
