12.1. We will conduct medical consultations via the means of online questionnaires you complete or telephone conversations.
12.2 If our medical evaluation determines that you are acceptable for treatment, we shall proceed with the issuance of a prescription for you.
12.3 Access to our website is restricted to individuals who, in accordance with the relevant legislation, are capable of establishing legally enforceable contracts. 12.4 During the registration process for our website, you will be required to disclose any medical conditions, illnesses, or recurring ill feeling that you may be experiencing. You are further obliged to update us via email of any modifications to your medical information and by modifying your profile information during the purchase process for each new order you place.
13 Conditions of supply
13.1 We will notify you via email that your prescription has been authorised, thereby confirming your order's acceptance.
13.2 If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and not charge you for the product.
Typically, this transpires when the product is unavailable, when supplying the product you have ordered would be contrary to clinical judgement, when we are unable to adhere to a delivery deadline, when there is a pricing or description error, or when unforeseen resource constraints arise, beyond our reasonable control.
13.3 You will be provided with an order number upon the confirmation of order acceptance. Please utilise this order number as a point of reference when communicating with us.
13.4 Our website is dedicated exclusively to the distribution and retail of goods within the United Kingdom. No deliveries are accepted outside the United Kingdom.
13.5 We offer treatment and advice exclusively in the English language; comprehension of our recommendations is your duty.
13.6 Please consult your local doctor, pharmacy, or hospital emergency department in the event of an emergency. Please refrain from using this site in an emergency.
13.7 The images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only; the packaging of actual products may differ.
14 Products
14.1 The availability of the products displayed on our website is subject to change. You will be notified through email whether your order has been accepted or whether we are unable to fulfil your order request.
14.2 Pricing adjustments for services or products may occur on occasion as a result of the fluctuating cost of medications; nevertheless, orders submitted prior to such modifications will remain unaffected.
14.3 Since our website features a substantial assortment of products, it is conceivable that certain items might be inaccurately priced. As part of our order processing procedure, we verify these prices in the event that they need to be modified and notify you accordingly. We are not obligated to offer these products to you at the reduced price if the pricing error is conspicuous, unmistakable, and you could have easily identified it as such.
15 Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
15.1 It is a legal requirement for us to disclose the costs associated with treatments prior to consultations to website visitors. Postage costs are displayed prior to placing an order. No hidden charges apply.
15.2 It is your responsibility to provide a valid credit or debit card, for which charges may be incurred. We reserve the right to deny delivery of the medications in the event that your payment information has lapsed or otherwise becomes invalid. We will attempt to contact you in the event of this occurring so that you may provide updated information.
15.3 In the event that you request medications or engage in a service involving prescriptions, an evaluation of your clinical suitability by the pharmacy and medical teams will be necessary prior to the medicines being authorised for distribution. By submitting the order, you grant us permission to initiate this service and evaluate your clinical suitability. Consequently, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you will not be entitled to rescind your order.
15.4 An order request may be cancelled at any time prior to the confirmation of shipment. We shall notify you of your cancellation via email and reimburse any funds that you have already remitted, as per the stipulations outlined in clause 15.7 below.
15.5 Once the shipment confirmation has been issued, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns due to the nature of the products (this does not affect your legal rights as a consumer with regard to defective or non-described products).
15.6 Instances in which the product is defective or does not match its description. You are required to provide written notification and promptly return the product (in unopened packaging) to us. You may be eligible for a refund in this situation per the provisions outlined in clause 15.9 below.
15.7 Should you choose to cancel an order prior to the confirmation of shipment, you may incur an administrative charge of £10 on our part to compensate for the reasonable overhead expenses we have accrued. We would like to inform you that despite our attempts to contact you for additional information, we have not been successful in receiving such details. We reserve the right to terminate your order and apply the fee specified in clause 15.7, at our absolute discretion. Should we decide to cancel your order for any other reason, you will not be required to pay any administrative fee.
15.8 In the event that you return a product on the grounds that it is defective or not as described, we will examine the returned product to determine whether a refund is available. Within a reasonable timeframe, we will notify you via e-mail. We have no responsibility to refund the return shipping cost(s) you have incurred.
15.9 If a refund is required, it will be issued to the same method of payment that was initially used to purchase the item, or alternatively, you will be contacted to make arrangements for the refund.
15.10 Generally, we aim to initiate the refund process promptly. However, in all circumstances, it must be completed within 28 days from the date we notified you via email that you were eligible for a refund regarding the defective product's delivery.
16 Delivery
16.1 Product delivery is contingent upon our Pharmacy team's clinical approval that the item is suitable for use.
16.2 The selected mode of delivery comes into effect when the prescriber issues you a prescription.
16.3 Upon delivery to the specified address or per your request, the products will be at your risk if left in a secure location or with a neighbour (when no signature is required).
16.4 It is not possible to modify the prescription once an order has been processed; therefore, both the shipping and invoicing addresses are unchangeable once submitted by yourself.

17.4 Unauthorised access to any portion of our website is strictly prohibited, including any server, computer, or database connected to our site, the server on which our website is hosted, or any server.
17.5 Any violation of this clause 18 will result in our notifying the appropriate law enforcement authorities and collaborating with them by providing them with your identity. Should such a breach occur, your authorization to utilise our website will be revoked.
17.6 In the event that your computer equipment, programmes, or data become infected by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material through your use of our site, downloading of any content posted on it, or accessing linked websites, we shall not be liable for any resulting loss of data or damage.
